'Welcome To The Island' is the full video of the welcome orientation video playing in the background as Roger Linus (and later Jack, Kate, and Hurley) is inducted into the Dharma Initiative.
Unfortunatly I can't remember where I originally found this video (possibly DarkUFO's site), and it is more youtube than DVD quality.
