In 1996, we visit Michael as he recovers from his accident, Locke's commune life is under threat and Desmond meets one Eloise Hawking and gets a glimpse of his destiny.

Episode 0.9 1992-1996

Here's episode 9 of season 0.

In this ep.  find out there's a power struggle on the island and Desmond decides that the religious life isn't for him. Also, we visit Hurley, Michael, Daniel and more.

Just a note that the Desmond segments in this episode and the next are probably the least coherant parts of my entire edit, due to the context in which these flashbacks actually took place.  I have done my best to make it as unjarring as possible whilst still trying to continue a narrative, but only you can tell me how sucessful I've been.
